Our goal is perfection and we hit it every time, whether you are drinking the brews we craft right here in house or enjoying our New Mexican Hot Chicken. We intentionally added New Mexico Hot Red Chile to our spice recipe along with cayenne but we removed the the sugar found in Nashville Chicken to come up with a spice blend designed for New Mexican palates. Our Hot Chicken can not be found anywhere but at Nexus. We claim the title of best restaurant and brewery in Albuquerque because we’ve earned it.
