Our Beer Has Made Albuquerque Famous
Our first step was to create great-tasting beer. Not as simple as it sounds, a lot of time and effort goes into our brews before we release them. As a guide, we took a page from Old Milwaukee’s history book and focused on making a beer so great that it would make Albuquerque famous.
Creating The "nexus" Experience
Our second step was to set a unique menu to compliment my family’s New Mexican experience with Soul. So we created New Mexican Soul food. Each dish has been dissected to make our customer say Wow! From our Fried Chicken to our Gumbo, every dish is excellent even if I say so myself.
Nexus Brewery is definitely about the beer (10 taps and counting), the incredible southern food, smoked meats and bbq, and of course the companionship of our Nexus Neighbors, but it is also about the nexus of all these things – what we like to call the Experience!
For myself, it doesn’t get much more perfect than that.
