Our Beer Has Made Albuquerque Famous
Our first step was to create great-tasting beer. Not as simple as it sounds, a lot of time and effort goes into our brews before we release them. As a guide, we took a page from Old Milwaukee’s history book and focused on making a beer so great that it would make Albuquerque famous.
Creating The "nexus" Experience
Our next step was to set a unique menu to compliment my family’s New Mexican experience with Soul. After brewing the craft beer that helped make Albuquerque a destination for brew lovers, and after introducing New Mexican Soul Food, we didn’t stop there. Our second location, Nexus Blue Smokehouse, is for those that crave BBQ and those perfectly smoked meats.
Nexus Blue Smokehouse is the best restaurant in Albuquerque for savory brisket that is fall-apart tender, for burnt ends that pair perfectly with our beer, for a big old-fashioned family spread BBQ platter, or that perfect pulled pork sandwich with crisp, tangy sides.
For myself, it doesn’t get much more perfect than that.
